  • Abstract
    A recording speed of 8 Gbps was achieved by using 24 packages NAND flash memory and managing the order of write page addresses. We fabricated a compact Super Hi-Vision recorder which was composed of a NAND memory board with high recording transfer rate and a signal processing board.
