Abstract :
A data acquisition system that uses the J11 CPU (Starburst 2180 ACC) and microVAX II is described. Each event is processed by a J11 CPU. Buffered data are transferred to MicroVAX II through a parallel bus. The executable image on J11 is built on the MicroVAX II using VAX/RSX and down-line loaded by way of a CAMAC data highway
