  • Abstract
    The revised interpolation method for a 1-D signal via the fast Hartley transform (FHT) is presented and a new interpolation algorithm for a 2-D signal by using the 1-D FHT is suggested. Results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the FFT method both in accuracy and in computational time for interpolating discrete bandlimited 2-D signals.
