Abstract
On-line support forums are a common method for businesses to provide product support for customers. The utility of these forums are typically determined by a small number of expert users who provide a large percentage of the high quality answers. The automatic identification of these experts would enable businesses to more effectively manage their support forums, reduce costs, and provide better solutions to customer problems.
