Abstract
We determined the magnetic properties of an amorphous magnetic material at high frequency by driving induction cells with a pulse power source of 100and 200-ns duration. We found that this material can offer a flux swing of around 2 T with magnetizing currents of 2-3 kA/m. We used these results to design an adder configuration, and voltage addition has been demonstrated.
