  • Abstract
The approaches to the use of automated graphics (A/G) are probably as varied as the personalities of the people and the organizations involved. Interested concerns beginning to investigate the use of automated graphics may wish to consider this paper as offering a different approach. Pennsylvania Power & Light Co. (PP&L) is not following the traditional utility mapping A/G application. This paper presents considerations similar to interests supporting a variety of engineering design applications.
