The theme of this issue is "The DRAM Story," featuring reflections by Robert Dennard, Kiyoo Itoh, Hideo Sunami, Mitsumasa Koyanagi, Randy Isaac and Richard Foss on the evolution and current status of DRAM, as well as a feature article by Yannis Tsividis of Columbia University on on reforming EE undergraduate education.
