Abstract :
Controller design problem for testbed of strength test for aviation builds is discussed. The description of the stand equipped by electrohydraulic drive is presented. Results of experimental researches of dynamical characteristics for the stand are shown and, as the result, the mathematical model of the given stand has been received by results of experimental tests. Proportional-integral (PI) controller is designed for force interaction via singular perturbation technique such that multi-time-scale motions are artificially induced in the closed-loop system. Multi-time-scale motions analysis allows getting analytical expressions for selection of controller parameters. Experimental results are presented.
