Abstract :
Annual Meeting of IEEE SSCS and CAS in August The 18th VLSI/CAD Symposium was held on 8-10 August, 2007 in Hualien, Taiwan. Cosponsored this year by SSCS-Taipei and SSCS-Tainan, the meeting plays an important role in stimulating local research in Taiwan, which is home to prominent semiconductor foundries and renowned as an IC design power house.
