Abstract :
The paper deals with the simulation of error of non-contact temperature measurements in the presence of a number of external destabilizing factors. It is shown that the usage of standard correction procedure utilizing the “coefficient of emissivity” setting doesn´t reduce the error to an acceptable level throughout the range. Two methods of an additional external correction are proposed and investigated.
