Roughly 160 km north of Los Angeles, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains, a giant antenna pours megawatts of power into the sky. The Voice of America´s shortwave station at Delano is an isolated site making it ideal for experiments in super power with electromagnetic energy.
