Abstract
The proposed method is an effective scheme of balancing the color to generate an Ultra High Definition (UHD: 3840× 2160) image from four High Definition (HD: 1920× 1080) images. The four images have a different environment such as different device or view dependent illumination. Therefore, the proposed method generate the color balanced UHD image through mapping curve estimation and registration by using overlapped region information of four HD images. Experimental results showed that the proposed method could produce an image close to a natural scene.
