Abstract :
It is shown that a simple relation exists between the hybrid equations of a physical network and its adjoint. The same is true for the state-space equations. This relation permits one to deduce the LU factors of one network from those of the other, thus reducing by almost 50 percent the computation required to analyze both networks.
