Abstract :
The dispersion of an angle between the phase velocity and the group velocity of surface acoustic waves (SAW) in layered structures ZnO[001]/Sapphire[001], AlN[001]/Sapphire[001] and InSb[001]/Y+128°LiNbO3 was studied. It was shown that this dispersion can achieve 30° in the frequency band of 500 MHz.
