            Abstract : 
The frequency characteristic of a simplified interpolation algorithm of MUSE is analyzed. The result of the analysis is applied to a MUSE-NTSC conversion system to realize high resolution. The system also achieves a reduction in the amount of hardware because of the simplified algorithm
