Abstract :
The paper describes a method for evaluation of voltage stability of EHV lines with series es compensation taking into consideration uncertainty of the load parameters. The results obtained are based on a newly def ined dV/dK criterion for voltage stability. Voltage stability of system with different types of loads is considered. The method of analysis and practical application are discussed and an example is included.
