Abstract :
We have developed a new BiCMOS LSI for “Surround,” which has all of the functions required of a surround decoder. The audio delay function has been realized by means of a 12 k-bit, on-chip SRAM and a new adaptive delta modulator (ADM) using analog-digital mixed circuits. We have, also, developed a BiCMOS process technology which is most suitable for the analog-digital LSI
