Abstract :
A quadratic polynomial decomposition for the simultaneous minimization of root- and quality-factor sensitivities is proposed. The proposed method leads to networks with zero -sensitivity and minimum possible root sensitivity. No relaxation of the zero -sensitivity constraint is required, as had been proposed.
