Abstract :
Identification of malignant tissue is very important for cancer prevention. Malignant tissues show subsequently different tissue impedance as compared to normal tissue on comparison. Analysis of tissue impedances have been done for malignant and benign tissues, from a number of cancer patients. We here vividly describe the setup that has been used for this tissue impedance, and also show that capacitance spectra widely varies for normal and malignant tissue for a supply frequency of 250kHz to 750kHz. We also discuss about the setup of this system and the equivalent circuit.
