Abstract
A system for the remote control of radio broadcast receivers has been developed in which tuning is effected by rotating the dial of a suitably designed rheostat which, by varying the field currents in a motor of novel construction, produces movement of the rotor and condenser gang synchronously with the rotation of the dial. Control of volume is effected by a switching arrangement which automatically removes from the circuit unused volume controls, allowing independent control of volume.
