Abstract
In this paper the Rosenblum-Ghausi multiparameter statistical measure [1] is extended for the more general case where instead of circuit element changes we consider complex parameter variations. The generalization is especially useful in the case of active two-ports described by complex matrix parameters as well as in some cases for comparison of active
networks and consideration of active block "criticalness." Examples of applying the extended measure are given.
