Abstract
An angular acceleration sensor for control system stabilization is described. Magnetohydrodynamic principles are applied to develop a voltage in a toroid of mercury having a permanent magnet field and electrodes. The transfer function´is given by e/?? = Ks2 /(s + 1/T).
