This paper gives the derivation of new wave digital adaptors for the Brune section and the Darlington C-section. These wave adaptors have been derived by applying an

-port voltage scattering matrix representation, due to Martens and Meerkotter, to the corresponding reference-network topology. The following results have been obtained. 1) The adaptors are realized without any unit elements. 2) Only the canonic number of delays is required. 3) One port can be made reflection-free making cascade synthesis possible. 4) Four independent multipliers and one dependent multiplier, which occurs twice in the flow graph, are required. 5) Parasitic oscillations can be suppressed by suitably modifying the signals at the delays. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the Brune adaptor.
