Abstract
Innovative load management analysis techniques, designed to forecast program load reductions, are shown to produce half-hour load reductions with a high degree of confidence from PGandE´s air conditioner cycling program on a daily basis. The Load Reduction Forecasting System (LRFS), to be implemented on PGandE´s personal computers´ is expected to improve the load management program´s operation, planning and future performance.
