Abstract :
An exact method is presented to show that the intermediate polynomials form a set of orthogonal polynomials and that they can also be expressed as a linear combination of the symmetrical Jacobi polynomials. Then the Hurwitz property and an exact synthesis method of the intermediate polynomials is given.
