Abstract :
A method for computing electric and magnetic fields in three and two-dimensional non-homogeneous systems is presented. The computations are based on the fulfillment of the field equations in the center of every network element of the system domain. The state quantities of the field are assumed to be uniform in each element. The influence of the polarized substance of each element on the field in every element, including the effect of the polarized substance on the element itself, is taken into account.
