  • Abstract
    This paper presents the results obtained from personal noise dosimeter and sound level studies performed at a number of electric utility plants. Noise exposure monitoring requirements proposed by OSHA are reviewed. To familiarize the reader with equipment found in power plants, plant operations and job classifications, a discussion of these topics is included.
