  • Abstract
    The email correspondence which is presented is between Allan Bromley and Maurice Wilkes and began in 2000 with a greeting and a discussion of what Wilkes hoped to accomplish. Then the correspondence shifted the subject to the recently completed reproduction of Babbage´s second difference engine.
