Load Forecast Bibliography Phase I

The subject of load forecasting is very broad in nature and includes many detailed engineering considerations and economic analyses. Because the subject is so important, the Load Forecasting Working Group has undertaken the task of compiling an updated bibliography. Since the subject of load forecasting is so broad, the bibliography is divided into three phases that complement each other. This report summarizes Phase I of the Load Forecasting Bibliography.
