Abstract :
Increasing the number of students admitted generally involves a lowering of academic standards. This can be offset by splitting classes so that there are fewer students in the classroom. Quantitative data indicating a significant improvement in the number and percentage of graduating students are given. It is suggested that the qualitative improvement is even greater
