Abstract :
We are creating a wetland database based on a geographic information system (GIS) and using a Global Position System (GPS) for orientation information to monitor the dynamic changes in wetlands. We can monitor the current conditions, compare them to the historical background of the wetland, and then control the dynamic change where possible. Using this technology, we have a management tool that can guide the protection plan for the wetland, wildlife preservation, and reasonable development of other wetlands.
