Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. The author has brought to the attention of the editors an error in his paper, "A General Radiation Formula," which appeared in the October, 1939, issue of the Proceedings on pages 660-666. In equation 21 on page 665 the factor "4" in the denominators should be "2."
