  • Abstract
The energy and mass-charge compositions of a high-voltage nanosecond discharge were measured on the surface of high-density polyethylene in a vacuum. The plasma, which was generated at different polarities of a high-voltage pulse, was analyzed. The energy and charge compositions of the plasma were determined as a function of the direction.
