Abstract :
The purpose of this work is to construct a circuit analysis model synthesizing piecewise-linear characteristics of a three terminal device, using only two-terminal piecewise-linear resistors together with linear controlled sources. The model is based on representing the function, to be modeled, by a finite amount of tabulated data.
