  • Abstract
    In this study, Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) is co-electrodeposited using varying amount of Zn salt in electrolytic bath to study its effect on the structural, compositional and morphological properties of the CZTS films. An optimal concentration ZnS04 in solution has been determined to obtain phase pure CZTS with elemental composition suitable for use as absorber material in thin film solar cells.
