Abstract :
In order to fabricate the thick ferrite films, electrophoretic deposition (EPD) of Ni-Zn ferrite fine particles in water dispersion mixtures was carried out at room temperature. It is shown that densely packed ferrite films with a thickness of 12μm can be deposited via EPD at high deposition rate of 400nm/min from fine particles with a size of 10-30nm onto an ITO glass substrate. The particulate film exhibited soft magnetic properties almost the same as raw particles.
