Abstract :
A modification that applies to some recently proposed cyclostationarity-based methods for TDOA estimation is introduced. It relaxes an assumption on the noise and interference environment that characterizes all cyclostationarity-based methods so far proposed. It is shown that the modified techniques can assure satisfactory performances in noise and interference environments where the unmodified methods fail
