Abstract :
The authors thank N. Jaleeli et al. for their comments (see ibid., vol.18, no.2, p.956, 2003) on the original paper ´Feasibility of decomposing ACE1 to identify the impact of selected loads on CPS1 and CPS2´, (see ibid., vol.17, p.752-6, 2002). They reply to the points raised acknowledging that modeling the action of a LFC by integral control action on the ACE alone may not insufficiently portray the various decision and control processes of a modern LFC.
