  • Abstract
    The authors reply to comments by R. Blohm (see ibid., vol.18, no2, p.957-8, 2003) on their original paper (see ibid., vol.17, p.806-11, 2002). They point out that the comments can be good supplements to the paper. The authors clarify some key issues of the control performance standards.
