Abstract :
In this paper the authors merge the parameter-dependent Lyapunov function framework used to construct robust Popov controllers with the a priori and a posteriori approaches for obtaining stable compensators. Specifically, the authors derive constructive sufficient conditions that yield robust Lyapunov and asymptotically stable stabilizing Popov dynamic compensators
