Abstract :
A method for making a sinusoidal frequency tripler, whatever the input signal frequency value, is presented. The theoretical study relates mainly the minimisation of the 5th and 7th harmonics in the output signal. SPICE simulations and measurements on a prototype confirm the theoretical analysis.
