Abstract :
IT IS IMPORTANT to talk about the future, especially in an area of human activity, where changes are occurring at such a rapid rate as is the case of the workplace. Someone once said, "if you do not know where you are going-any road or path will get you there." Unfortunately, the inverse is sometimes also true: "if you know where you are going-no road will lead you there." I do not think that is the case with the problem at hand.
