Abstract :
After nearly five months of development work, the new IEEE DEIS website is nearing the initial public release date of 6 pm EST, February 6, 2009. We are presently adding the preliminary content, verifying links, stabilizing the system on the IEEE servers, and setting up specific features. There is still much work to do.
