Abstract :
A wedge standard is developed for the correlation measurement and calibration of intensity interferometric flying height testers. This standard provides self-intensity measurement capability, eliminates material effect, covers any desired flying height range, and is stable and easy to perform calibration. It is implemented on a polychromatic interferometric flying height tester, and the calibration results are presented and discussed
