A Digital System for Measurements of Saturated Time Lapse between Occurrences

The time-threshold element is defined and a simple implementation with logic digital circuits is presented. Time-threshold elements are employed to construct major electronic digital systems to measure saturated time lapse of occurrences. When more than one system is connected with another, then measurements of time lapses for each individual subject within a group of subjects, or for each group, are obtained.
