  • Abstract
In this letter an algorithm based on the utilization of the voltage-current matrices combined with a novel effective index method is used for the analysis of superimposed fiber Bragg gratings. This method achieves a superior performance in terms of speed and at least equal accuracy compared to currently available methods.
