Manometer for Measurement of Differential Pressure of the Order of 2 Millibars
Abstract :
Examining the functioning of sensors for measuring pressure shows that most of them make we of a displacement. The linearity and the sensitivity of this type of sensor are closely dependent on the value of this displacement. For the sake of linearity and repeatabiity of large, signals, the displacement has to be small Consequently the output signals obtained are weak.
