Abstract
This article presents three mantras for being communication smart: making your point in the first five minutes, using the three-diagram paradigm, and resonating with your audience. Being communication smart means you´re able to get your audience interested in, and supportive of, what you have to say. To achieve this objective, you must be able to express what you need to express in a minimum amount of time, enunciate it in a way that your audience can easily understand, and, ideally, deliver points that might resonate with your audience.
