Abstract :
An evaluation index system including three aspects and ten indexes is established. For the scientific development of oilfield enterprise, optimal selection of science & technology projects has great significance and which are mostly uncertain. Based on the presentation of interval number of indexes, the interval number sorting model, TOPSIS model and projection model, optimal projects selection was constructed, and a Borda method was proposed to combine evaluation to achieve consistent sorting results. An example shows that the model can improve the scientificity and efficiency of optimal selection of oilfield science & technology projects effectively.
