Abstract :
New farmers are not only the main body of modern agriculture to achieve independent innovation, but also support the agricultural technological progress and economic development cornerstone. The paper uses a comparative approach, in the analysis of a number of advanced countries on the basis of the successful experience for Chinese farmers in cultivating prominent problems encountered in the process, proposed selected according to different regional characteristics suggest cultivating the path. In order to promote agriculture through science and technology strategy for reference.
